Furthering Diversity and Inclusion in Porous Media Research through Connections and Events

Speed mentoring is a dynamic networking event where mentors and mentees engage in brief, timed conversations to exchange insights and advice. This format enables participants to build valuable connections quickly so that interested mentor and mentee pairs can continue meeting each other after the event. The mentor-mentee relationship can be bottom-up, top-down, and peer to peer. 

This event is free and open to all within the InterPore community.

MiniPore: Supporting Scientists Who Are Parents

We are launching a new initiative, dedicated to supporting scientists who are also parents. MiniPore aims to foster a more inclusive scientific environment by creating a space where experiences can be shared openly and supportively. MiniPore gives a voice to those striving to balance the demands of academic life with the joys and challenges of parenthood.
