Center for Biofilm Engineering is pleased to continue its program to encourage the participation of outstanding non-MSU biofilm investigators at its annual Montana Biofilm Science and Technology Meeting. Targeting postdoctoral researchers and newly hired faculty, up to two investigators will be invited to present their research at our upcoming meeting happening 10-12 July in Bozeman, Montana. Each investigator will receive a $1,000 travel reimbursement and a waived meeting registration.

SFB 1313 offers a DuMuX Short Course, organized by its Integrated Research Training Group “Interface-Driven Multi-Field Processes in Porous Media IRTG-IMPM”. The course aims at introducing the open-source simulator and research code DuMux (DUNE for Multi-{Phase, Component, Scale, Physics, …} flow and transport in porous media).
