The Event Committee oversees the selection and organization of the Annual Meeting of InterPore. It collects and pre-evaluates bids from potential host venues, providing summarized recommendations to support the Executive Committee in choosing the next location.

Starting approximately 1.5 to 2 years before the event, the Event Committee collaborates closely with the InterPore office and the Local Organizing Committee to ensure smooth event planning and execution. Additionally, the committee gathers proposals for short courses and works alongside the Program Committee to evaluate them.
