We are continuing to populate all of the conference events and presentations into Whova, and will soon begin uploading abstracts and information from registered poster presentations. In-person poster presenters are required to register by 30 April. You can view the detailed program here.
Minisymposium organizers are putting together yet another special issue, to bring the total number of special issues in international peer-reviewed journals launched in conjunction with InterPore2022 to eight! This means that your submitted abstract may result not only in an oral or poster presentation but may also lead to a full research paper. The latest to be added is a special issue on Nonequilibrium Multiphase and Reactive Flows in Porous and Granular Materials in Frontiers in Water + Frontiers in Physics. Please find out more on our website.
As we near the conference, the detailed program is coming together and is available for viewing. Parallel oral sessions have been entered and can be seen (and searched) here. Poster sessions will be coming soon – stay posted! Don’t see your presentation listed? Then we don’t have a record of your registration – contact us at conference2022@interpore.org.

Qasr Al Watan Palace, printed with permission from the Ministry of Tourism
Qasr Al Watan is a working Presidential palace and a majestic cultural landmark that invites the world to discover the rich legacy of knowledge and tradition that has shaped the UAE’s journey. Qasr Al Watan is an exquisitely crafted tribute to Arabian heritage and artistry, with its architecture and design echoing the significance and function of the impressive exhibits and iconic rooms housed within its halls. Opened to the public in 2019, the palace remains in use for official purposes – from hosting foreign leaders to meetings of UAE’s cabinet.
One of the palace’s most impressive and unmissable attractions is the family-friendly Palace In Motion event, a spectacular light and sound show that celebrates the UAE’s journey in three breathtaking acts that unfold in front of the main palace every 30 minutes after sundown.
Qasr Al Watan offers a great opportunity to learn more about the history and traditions of our UAE hosts during your stay in Abu Dhabi.
