EquiPore is committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable research environment within InterPore by providing spaces for underrepresented groups to connect, share experiences, exchange best practices, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Its activities include organizing discussions, workshops, training sessions, community well-being surveys, mentorship and reverse mentorship opportunities, and engaging in science-policy initiatives through the International Science Council (ISC). EquiPore also empowers community members to propose and lead initiatives that drive positive change.

Take part in our Academic Leadership survey! - this survey aims to understand how significant events, such as political shifts, policy changes, global crises, or natural disasters, have impacted academic careers. We also seek to explore the role academic leadership and societies, such as Interpore, can play in supporting scientists during such times.
