EquiPore is committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable research environment within InterPore. Through member-driven initiatives, we provide a platform for dialogue, support, and action on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in porous media research. We do this via the following activities:

• Facilitating Inclusive Communication – Providing a space for underrepresented groups within InterPore to connect, share experiences, and support equality and equity in research.
• Sharing Best Practices – Exchanging knowledge and successful strategies on DEI initiatives to foster a more inclusive scientific community.
• Meetings & Training – Organizing discussions, workshops, and training sessions on DEI-related topics.
• Community Well-being Survey – Gathering insights to understand and improve the well-being and experiences of our community members.
• Mentorship & Reverse Mentorship – Creating opportunities for professional growth through guidance, collaboration, and mutual learning.
• Your Space for Action! – Have an idea for an initiative? Lead the way and make an impact!
