David is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the department of mechanical engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology. His research focuses on modeling reactive flow in porous materials for the development and optimization of sustainable energy systems. He holds a MSc degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and was a awarded a PhD from the Eindhoven University of Technology. 

David has more than 8 years of international experience, where he observed the challenges, but also immense benefits that diversity and inclusivity bring to multicultural research groups.
