A motivated Petroleum Engineer with a Master’s degree in Oil and Natural Gas Engineering from China University of Petroleum (East China), complemented by strong academic and practical experience across the oil and gas value chain. Skilled in upstream regulation, field engineering, project management, and academia, with hands-on exposure through roles with the Petroleum Upstream Regulatory Authority (PURA), EACOP project operations, and industry-based training. 

Currently serving as a part-time Assistant Lecturer in Natural Gas Engineering at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), with proven ability to deliver technical content, mentor students, and support career development in the energy sector. Demonstrates strong leadership and coordination capabilities from experience as a Regional Project Manager and a Site Engineer, with a solid grasp of field operations, safety compliance, and technical evaluation. 

An active leader within the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), serving as the Assistant Program Chairperson within the SPE Tanzania Section, and Africa Co-Regional Liaison within the SPE Sustainable Development Technical Section (SDTS). Actively contributes to professional development initiatives, technical programming, and capacity building for young professionals, with a focus on sustainability and energy transition.
