Must see…. in Albuquerque!InterPore2025 will be in Albuquerque. This week’s cultural highlight: Piñon Coffee: A Unique Taste of Albuquerque Founded in the 1990s, Piñon Coffee Company introduced a unique blend that combines high-quality coffee beans with the distinctive flavor of piñon nuts, a native New Mexican tree. Over the years, it’s become a beloved part of the city’s coffee culture, offering a taste of the Southwest in every cup. Piñon Coffee features the rich, nutty sweetness of piñon nuts, creating a smooth, earthy flavor that’s distinct from regular coffee. You can try it at the flagship Piñon Coffee Company, where they offer a full selection of coffee drinks, or at various local cafés throughout the city. Many shops serve Piñon Coffee, and you can also find beans at farmers markets and specialty stores to take home. The coffee’s distinctive nutty sweetness, combined with the opportunity to support a local business, makes it a standout experience. Drinking Piñon Coffee is a delicious way to connect with the flavors of New Mexico and savor the essence of Albuquerque. Don’t miss out on Piñon Coffee during your visit—whether you’re enjoying it at a local café or bringing some beans home, it’s the perfect way to experience Albuquerque’s coffee culture.
