Each year, the InterPore Foundation for Porous Media (InterPore Foundation) offers conference grants to researchers from academic institutions in low- or middle-income (LMI) economies, as defined by the World Bank, and to graduate students from any country. Grants provide up to €500 per person to help cover participation costs. Apply below for a chance to receive funding and join the global porous media community. Please note that a Letter of Support will be required for all student applicants. To be eligible to apply, applicants must be presenting at the upcoming InterPore Conference and hold a valid InterPore membership. Applicants from LMI counties may opt to deduct part of the grant funds to cover the InterPore membership fee. It is possible to apply for either a Conference Registration Fee waiver or for the Full Conference grant. We encourage applicants that only need the Conference Registration Fee waiver to choose that option to allow a larger portion of the available funding to be allocated to those who need more support.
