Virus and phishing emails still circulating

As previously reported, some members of the InterPore community have informed us about emails apparently from InterPore with dubious content. These phishing emails typically exploit the fact that emails from a familiar person are regarded often as more safe and one would be tempted to open it. A recent email claiming to be from an InterPore contact in the following format has been circulated:

Dear Valued [name of familiar person] Customer:
This is already set up in the system if we have that invoice.
Thank you and have a wonderful day!

The email includes an attachment of assumingly nefarious content; obviously, delete upon receipt. InterPore is acting to remedy this. In the meantime, please pay extra attention and think twice before opening attachments, even if the sender is familiar.
